My roommate and I looking for someone take over our current lease at the Residence at Discovery Square. Move in would be preferably May 1st, 2022. The apartment is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom in Downtown Rochester ~6 minutes walk to Mayo Clinic buildings. The total apartment rent is $1495. Utilities included in the rent are water, garbage and Wi-Fi. Gas and electricity are the only utilities which are not included. It is a very spacious apartment with a balcony, in unit dishwasher and laundry. The apartment also has a fitness center, an outdoor seating area and barbeque grill. Very nice place to hang-out with friends/family.
