1 Bedroom Apartment for Sublease- Rochester, MN

Hello, I am putting my apartment in the Pines up for Sublease! The lease goes through March 11th and the rent is $1245 (current market price is a little over $100 above this, so if you were looking at this apartment building this would be a great deal). There is also a parking space for an extra $50, so it is a combined $1295. This building is about a three minute drive from SDSC, so it is a solid place for other lab techs. There is also a shuttle that goes to the downtown Mayo campus if that is more your jam. I will be out May 15th, so you would be able to move in any day after that!

The only utility I am currently paying for is electricity and wifi is included with the apartment.
