Apartment Hunting in AZ

Hello everyone! I am looking for an apartment near the Mayo Clinic campus off of Shea Blvd in Scottsdale, AZ. I would be open to having a female roommate in her 20's, but also am okay with flying solo in a 1B1B.

That being said, does anyone know of any nice apartment buildings in the area, or is anyone looking for a roommate? I'm looking for an under 30 minute commute. Thanks!
