Looking for Apartment Recommendation in Rochester
Hi everyone, my name is Olamide. I will be starting the Nurse Residency Program in Jan 2025. I'm looking for a reasonably priced apartment in Rochester preferably close to Mayo Clinic. I'm open to either one-bedroom or studio options. Any recommendations for good places to check out would be greatly appreciated!

I'm a 27-year-old male Egyptian MD who is now working as a research fellow at Mayo Clinic.
I'm looking for a roommate to share a two-bedroom apartment with me. The apartment is located at 318 1st Ave. SW, which is the nearest to the downtown campus.
Place is furnished.
No pets.
Utilities are included.
I'm starting next month and would like a long-term roommate.
You also have to pass a routine background check to rent (which costs 50$).
Rent will be equally split between the two of us (totally rent is 1550$/month + 1000$ deposit, so each will pay less than 800$/month + a one-time 500$ deposit).
