Apartments in St. Charles?

Hello,
I'm possibly going to be moving out of Rochester (it's just getting too expensive). Does anyone have any thoughts about Brittany Apartments in St. Charles? The reviews online don't look the greatest... just wanting to confirm with someone who has lived there.

Or if anyone has any leads for rooms/apartments that are cat friendly and not crazy expensive outside of Rochester?
