Applying SSN.....need suggestion

I joined department of neuroscience (Florida campus) in March. I am non-immigrant, now want to apply for SSN, but in SSN webpage showing...need to apply original documents or photocopies certified by custodian officer.
I have quick questions?
If photo copies of passport, Form I-94, and DS-2019 need to submit then who will be the custodian officer in jax campus to certify my document.

Hi.
You must to call the SSN office and will take appointment for your interview.
It's a slowly process. I spent 3 months the last year on September.

I heard, due to covid offices are closed now. We have to submit documents through online or by speed post.
