I’m subleasing a 1 bedroom + den at Preserve on Maine (POM) apartments starting January 1st 2022.

Unfurnished, $1200/mth. Rent covers basement garage parking, water, trash. WiFi and electricity separate. Amenities and photos are listed on the Preserve on Maine website. Select the Chatfield floor plan.

My lease ends in April. You can renew if you choose to. The best part if you take it, is the apartment shuttle that takes you to St. Mary’s campus and Methodist campus. It helps a lot especially for the winter months, not having to drive to work in all the snow. Quiet area with a sunrise view and trail. Only 12 minutes to Mayo Clinic campuses.
