Arizona License Transfer

I am transferring my license from Wisconsin (compact state) to Arizona, although the process doesn't seem all that clear. It appears I need to show up to the AZ Dept of Nursing to fill out paperwork but prior to that, have fingerprints taken. Does anyone know if it's recommended to have that done days in advance (or longer), if I need to have that done in AZ or if I can have that done in WI, and if I need to have a valid AZ address prior to transferring my license? It says I have 90 days to transfer my license, but it also says I need to have a receipt of payment for the license transfer.
