I have a bedroom for rent available in July. The price is $400 including utilities except wifi ($15 monthly). It is located 15 minutes walking from downtown campus in Rochester. It is a 3 bed 1 bath house shared with young Mayo research trainee/fellow. The common areas of the house are fully furnished, laundry facilities, parking, and walking distance to grocery store, pharmacy, gym.
