Average rent of private room in a shared accommodation in Rochester

Can someone please tell me how much the average room rent (including the bills) in Rochester is? I am looking for a private/non-shared room in a shared accommodation/household. Also, how hard is it to get a room in Rochester?

I have a room available in a nice neighborhood in rochester Mn. It’s a private room with a private family room and bathroom. Private entrance as well. It’s $1000/month, internet and utilities are included. Let me know if you are interested.
