Basement for rent! (Rochester)

Hello! I have a basement available for rent starting June 16th. There is a bedroom, bathroom, and living room, we would share the kitchen, backyard, and laundry room. We have separate entrances to the house. I do have a garage where extra items can be stored. Street parking is available and Mayo Clinic Saint Mary’s is about 6 min drive and 30 min bike away. Cascade lake is about a 10 min walk away as well.
I can send pictures when asked. $1100 a month with all utilities, trash, internet and furnished(if wanted) included. I am willing to take $100 off a month if you can let my dog out to use the restroom when I am working or not home. I work 12 hour shifts- days and nights.
