I have a spacious, fully and stylishly furnished one-bedroom suite available in the historic southwest neighborhood of Rochester. It’s within walking distance to both Mayo Clinic and St. Mary’s, and the Mayo shuttle conveniently stops nearby.

The home features a large deck and a generous yard—perfect for enjoying the warmer months. I'm looking for quiet, responsible tenants—ideally a single person or a couple.

Hi, I am a medical student from Italy. I will be participating in a research traineeship at Mayo Clinic from August 16 to October 19, and I’m currently looking for temporary housing during my stay.
