Cannaday in Jacksonville, Spring EVENT?

Hi all!
I'm recalling seeing a posting on the flashing news monitors outside the elevators a Spring Event coming up in the Cannaday Building, citing;
"Cosmetic Center. Employee, Friends and Family Spring Events,$10 a unit on Botox and 30% off retail, April 9/10 8am-5pm Cannaday 2E. Call to Make a Botox Appointment"
While I was able to take a screenshot, I don't have a direct number on the posting, and am unsure of who to call. Where should I direct my call?
