Carpooling from N Broadway Ave

Hi there! Is there anyone here driving by car to downtown to the Gonda Building/Mayo Clinic and passing the construction site at N Broadway Ave? My roommate and I are interested in car pooling, esp. for days with bad weather. Time around 7.30/45 am or later.
