Cascade shores, Rochester

Does anyone have experience with renting at cascade shores in Rochester? I am seeing a lot of reviews about them stealing the security deposit when you leave.

I just ended my tenancy there, they ended our lease because they wanted to renovate our unit. They offered me a new unit to move into, with a $600 increase in rent. We got our full security deposit back with interest, however that may be since the unit was going to be renovated anyway.
