changes happen

I have noticed that when an area gets a new assistant supervisor or a new lead. They like to put "their stamp" on the area. Sometimes this is met with acceptance. other times this is met with great resistance. Sometimes these new ways to do things are very good. Other times they fail miserably. I do try and work with the new changes and if they fail. Then going back to the old way if it is better works for me to. I can either just roll with the changes or be upset that things change. it's a lot less stressful to just go with it ...
