Congress Travel reimbursement - How much is the daily limit? Consider

I am a research fellow and I'm going to attend a congress in another city.
Does anybody know what are the limits? What do they pay for, and what not? And related information that can be useful for me.
I contacted the Travel Services Customer affairs but the one who responded just shared a link that was very vague in information and even some parts of the website were broken. No other information was shared with me.
