Couple + cat looking for summer rental/sublease in MN

We have just sold our house and are relocating from Kentucky for a new Mayo position in mid June, but we haven’t found the right home yet in Minnesota. Our belongings will not arrive until August. We are hoping to find a furnished place to rent with our beloved cat while we house hunt. Happy to house sit too.
