Departmental Step Challenge

Hello,

My name is Leo Stankovic and I am a Well-Being Champion for Gonda 1 Administrative Services. I have created a bi-monthly step challenges for my department and I would see a ton of participations from everyone in the department. Over the past recent step challenges I would notice that there would be less and less participation from the group. One of the staff told me that it is not competitive enough to participate. That is why I am reaching out to see if I could contact with someone and host a “Gonda 1 vs …” in a department vs department Step Challenge.
