Do you have an extra room/bathroom but don't want a FT renter?

Location Florida. I am looking for a room maybe 1,2 or 3 days a week with an occasional weekend. Working remotely currently but expected to be on campus 50% of the time in the future. Maybe pay by time used? Just looking to see if there are any opportunities.
