Downtown Rochester, 1-bed apartment available

I will be gone from May 4th until the middle of July for an out-of-country trip. I'm looking to sub-lease my 1 bedroom apartment while I'm gone. My furniture will still be in the apartment and I will remove all my belongings once I'm back from my trip. Rent is $1,100. The building is directly downtown (Furlow Apartments). Feel free to use anything I have still don't have packed in boxes. The apartment will be open to rent after July, as I will be moving states.
One caveat is that you will be responsible for taking care of my two cats while I'm away. They have an automatic feeder and would only need fed wet food (for the older one, August) and kitten food (for the kitten, Pickles) at night and some snuggles.
