Have you traveled with this on the bikes lanes on beach blvd and san pablo to get to Mayo Clinic or what route is best for e bikes? Are there specific rules and restrictions?

Yes, I have. I sometimes use the bike lanes, but usually use the sidewalks to ride. Except for the speed limit, which is usually 20 mph, the other rules are similar to traditional bicycles.
