You have download outlook & the authenticator app. Log in with your mayo email and it should take you step by step.

I am struggling with this...do you have to set it up at work? I have the app and then try to sign in to outlook and it wont let me.

First you need to have Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone... do you have that?
