Family Relocating Colorado to Rochester MN Saint Mary's Rent/Buy

Family of 4 Relocating from Aurora CO to Rochester MN -Saint Mary's Hospital looking to Buy/Rent a home.
I am looking for a home for my family during this transition, We would like to Purchase a home but in the mean time need a home to rent for at least 1-2 months until we sign papers. We have a son 18 years old senior high and our daughter is 15 years old and in High school and we would like for them to be able to start school without missing any important assignments or testing, So enrolling them in to school is also a priority. Please let me know if any one may have a home for rent from September 1st - 1 month to possibly October 31st or even on the market to buy. Would be very helpful. Thank you for any information.
