Feedback needed to improve access to lactation rooms in Rochester

Posted by Desiree Ahrens @ahrensdesiree, Jan 24, 2019

Mayo Clinic’s Rochester campus is currently working to improve the access and availability of Lactation Rooms. Management Engineering and Internal Consulting has partnered with GLOW (Greater Leadership Opportunities for Women) MERG to organize a more streamlined management system for lactation resources.

Participation in the survey is needed from any staff/learners who are currently lactating or have been lactating in the last 12 months. Survey results will be used to better understand staff/learner needs regarding lactation spaces, including procurement of new spaces and major barriers to pumping.

The survey should take about 4 minutes to complete and is available through Feb. 22.
