Hi! I currently live in a 2bed/2bath in Red44, a nice apartment complex near St Marys campus in Rochester. My roommate will be renewing the lease for another year but I will be moving out in late May so my room will be available. Rent is $978/month per person excluding utilities. There is a built in washer/dryer, balcony, walk-in closets, pool, and gym. I have a bed, dresser, and nightstand that I would be willing to sell at a discounted price. There is also a free shuttle that runs to both the St Marys and downtown campus on weekdays. Message me if interested! 🙂
