Female looking for a room to rent

Hi! I am searching for a roomy bedroom to rent beginning March 1st on a temporary basis. March - May 1st. I have no pets and am a non-smoker. Walking distance doesn't matter. Good morning,
Are looking for a room in Jacksonville, FL?
I do have a room with a private bathroom, all utilities included. Access to the kitchen and laundry room and to all the amenities of the community, pool, soccer, basketball and tennis court.
My place is 5 minutes by car, 15 by bike and 35 minutes walking from Mayo Clinic. I provide a bike included in the rent, for your transportation.
I request a one-month deposit, that will be return when you depart. I also have a lease agreement for your comfort. The rent is $950.00 usd per month.
