Female looking for room to rent and/or potential roommate(s)

Hi everyone! My name is Mallory and
I work at St. Mary’s in Rochester as a internal patient transporter. I’m seeking a 1-2 Bedroom rental option. Whether that be an apartment, duplex, shared home, or even just a potential roommate from this group to rent a small house with. My budget is $650-800 and I’m hoping to find a place in SE Rochester that isn’t too far from downtown. I have a young daughter who is about to enter kindergarten and we would prefer to live with other females (if applicable). No pets, not a smoker, and am looking to start renting around June 1st.

As a 23 y/o single mom, it would be ideal to either share a place with someone in a similar situation or have my own space/privacy with my daughter. Please reach out if any of this applies to you or if you know of anything available!
