I have a 2bedroom/2 bath apartment. In unit dryer/washer but NOT furnished and is a 4 month lease which will end in March.$750monthly all utilities paid for but the light bill so we can split it. Must be okay with a cat. There is a Mayo Clinic shuttle that comes by.
