Hello, I am a medical student and a research trainee working at Mayo Clinic.

I am looking for a female roommate to rent 2bed 1 bath, shared kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, Television, and study desk for $450/mo including all utilities, within 3 minutes walking of Mayo Clinic downtown.

No boyfriends, no parties, pets or smoking.

I will start in 20 March staying for 6 months. Could be extended.
