Female student seeking apartment to rent in Rochester MN - Feb. 2024

My name is Stacia and I will be interning at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester for 6 months from February 5 until August 5. I am looking for a place close to the College of Medicine and Science, preferably within walking distance. I am open to having roommates and my maximal rental fee is about $750/month, but I am always willing to negotiate.
