I have a furnished bedroom private bath for rent in my 2 bedroom apartment located at Country Club Lake Apartments, 4090 Hodges Blvd, 1 exit away from Mayo Clinic Florida or 5-10 minutes driving depending on traffic. Utilities are about $75/month per person. The entire apartment is fully furnished and kitchen well stocked. You will only need to bring your personal belongings as there is no more furniture space.
