Foreigner and self-quarantine

Hi guys! I know that Mayo Clinic is not requiring self quarantine anymore, but since entry from many countries like my own (Brazil) is restricted, I'm wondering if I still need to it, and if anyone was able to enter the US without spending 14 days in another country (like Mexico, that is not restricted). Did anyone enter the US and did the quarantine there? Thanks in advance!!
