Hi! I currently live in a 2bed/2bath in Red44, a nice apartment complex near St Mary's campus in Rochester. Our lease ends in early July and I will be moving out so my room will be available. I am looking to move out earlier (preferably late May/early June) but I can make adjustments if needed. Rent is $1955/month ($978 per person) excluding utilities. There is a built-in washing machine / dryer in the apartment, a balcony, and walk-in closets. I have a bed, dresser, and nightstand that I would be willing to sell at a discounted price.
