Hi! I have a spare, semi-furnished bedroom in my house and was hoping to have a roommate beginning late February, early March 2021 for up to about a 6-month lease. Located at Beach Blvd. & Kernan Blvd. The room comes with a bathroom (not attached, just a tub with shower head). The house has high-speed wireless internet and lake view from downstairs. The house is about 5-10 minutes from UNF and Town Center, 10-15 minutes from Mayo Clinic, 15 minutes from the beach, and just 2 minutes away from a Publix shopping plaza. I’m clean, organized, relatively quiet, a non-smoker and work Monday – Friday. If interested, please contact me for more information. Rent is $850 per month, including utilities.
