Looking for an awesome roommate for the extra bedroom in my clean and cozy house in NW Rochester! The room is furnished and measures 10x13.5’ with a 4x2’ closet. (Dresser and small bookshelf not shown but available if interested!)

Bathroom is shared, but there is also a half bath downstairs that you could have primary use of 🙂
Rent is $1,000/month and includes all utilities, garage parking and access to a downstairs storage area. You’re also welcome to a plot in the backyard garden!

You’ll be sharing the house with myself (36, F, nurse) and a calico cat, Scarlet. No other pets allowed - sorry!

— Can commit to a lease of three months. After that, I’m open to month to month. Possibly open to shorter term for the right renter.
— Keeps their space tidy and can clean up after themselves.
— No crazy party lifestyle, drugs or smoking.
