I'm scheduled to move out of my apartment at 101 Civic Center Dr NE, Rochester, MN 55906 around February 10th- 13th, 2024. The apartment will be ready for new tenants, furnished or unfurnished, around the same time. Should you be interested in a furnished option, I'm offering my furniture for purchase before I consider selling them elsewhere. If you buy them, you can move in a furnished house.

When I moved in 2022, there were the application and Move-In Details. Prices might have changed since then:
Application Fee: $45 per applicant
Security Deposit: Minimum of $500, due at lease signing
Non-refundable Administrative Fee: $125, due at move-in
Monthly Utilities: Participates in the Ratio Utility Billing System (RUBS) for water, sewer, trash; gas and electric must be set up individually with MN Energy and RPU, respectively
Property Damage Liability Waiver: Additional $15/month
