Healthy & Sustainable Changes to Mayo Clinic Food Offerings

Food Services made an exciting announcement today about their "Healthy You" initiative that increases the variety of non-processed foods and vegetarian options. Food Services is also increasing their sustainability efforts with local ingredients, sustainably sourced food and increasing plant-based offerings which helps reduce Mayo Clinic's carbon footprint. I appreciate Food Services' focus on health, well-being and sustainability. Kudos to the Food Services team!
