Hi! We seek one housemate to share very nice 4-BR home in NW Rochester. Bus to Mayo campus bus is 4 doors away, 7-10 minute bus ride. Home is in a very safe area; quiet & peaceful – perfect for those of us who are busy and need a peaceful space to recharge. We don't have pets, we don't smoke in the house.
Prefer one year lease, will consider through August 2022. Living area is furnished and bedroom can be furnished if needed. You will have your own private bedroom with walk-in closet, new wood floor. Share with one other Mayo employee: Large open kitchen/dining/living area, bathroom, laundry room. $675 rent if paid on time. You pay 1/4 of utilities/trash/wifi. Snow: share shoveling or pitch-in to pay for shoveling.
