Looking for a male roommate (preferably a student around age 25) to join me in an apartment only 4 blocks from the DAHLC (Mayo Clinic), which I have furnished. Private bedroom with closet. Shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room.

Washer and dryer in basement shared with one other unit.

Rent: $600/mo., $400 security deposit

Costs of utilities, internet, and snow removal will be shared.
