Housing for a female, no pets

Hi, I am moving to Rochester from mid March to December 2021. I will be joining Mayo as a visiting research fellow. I need a place to stay (preferably furnished). I am opened to Studio/1 BR or sharing a larger apartment/house with one or two other professionals. I would prefer something either near downtown or with a good public transport options to Mayo.
Some furnished apartments I found online are simply over my budget (the ones I was looking at were over 1500$/month).

I will be happy with whatever suggestions you guys may have!
