I need a place to stay at near Mayo Rochester.

anyone has a room available or roommate needed? I am a 21 yrs old male. Fresh med school graduate. I will be starting my research position from April 7th 2025 and will be there for a year hopefully. I need a place near Mayo Rochester Stabile Building. I have a budget of 600-700 including utilities if possible.
