In search of 1 roommate - 4 bedroom house available now!

We are three women living close (about 0.9 miles east, or a 15-20 min walk) to St. Mary's. We have an open room, starting June 1st. Rent is $484 plus utilities split 4 ways (usually about $100 per person.) We have a great deck, ample off-street parking, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and tons of storage. Close to Thesis brewing, and cascade lake. Looking for a 1 year lease, but open to shorter stays. We have a friendly, big dog, so you must be okay with dogs. Please reach out if interested!!
