In search of 3BR house in Rochester

Hello, I'm putting some feelers out there to see if I can find a nice single family home for my family of four and two very well behaved dogs. Our lease is up in May and we are starting the hunt now. We both work for Mayo and would prefer to find a home with 2 car garage if possible.
