I'm an incoming neurology resident (starting 6/17/19) to Mayo. I just signed a 1-year lease on a luxurious 2BD/2BA unit at Riverwalk apartments which is 3-5blocks from Mayo Clinic downtown. Rent is $2,499 (total)/ $1,249.50 (per person) and includes gas only. These are brand-new apartments (built in 2018) that have never been lived in before.
