Incoming PhD student looking for female roommate

Hi everyone! I am an incoming PhD student at Mayo Clinic (24F) looking for a female roommate (preferably another student/working professional similar in age) to share a 2br/1ba or 2br/2ba apartment walking distance to the downtown Mayo Clinic campus. My budget is around $1k per month and I'm aiming for a July 1st move in! I am looking into apartment buildings such as the Bryk, Discovery Square, Silver Lake Crossing, etc. but totally open to other options! Let me know if you are interested 🙂
