Incoming PhD Student Looking for Roommates - Rochester

Hi y’all,

I’m James, an incoming PhD student in the BMEP track and I’m looking for 2 or 3 roommates to share this big house long-term (>= 1 year). Requirements: friendly, respectful, clean.

The address is 168 Stonelake Drive SE, 4 bedroom, 3 car garage, 10 min drive to downtown. The rent/person is $700/month (excluding utilities). I'm bringing two cars and will need two garage spaces, but I’ll drive you to downtown every day! At least definitely on the days I’m going to lab/class (and at reasonable hours, of course).

The house is brand new (literally, will have a lawn this summer), and I’m looking forward to making it the perfect place to live/work/have fun for the next five (hopefully not more) years.

A little more about me: I will be studying aging and cellular senescence, and I like working on random projects (many and slowly), from cars to bioprinters. Used to be a gamer, but EA hasn’t made a good battlefield since 1 oh well. Now I play Kerbal Space Program and more chill games. I will bring a whole bunch of cool stuff (I think) like imaging telescopes, 3D printers, and a lot more random stuff, like a clinostat that was used to study how to grow plants in space.
