Indian Medical Graduate looking for affordable accommodation: May 2025

I'm a fresh medical graduate from India trying to pursue residency in the US. I have an observership appoinment at Mayo clinic Rochester in the month of May this year (2025). I would really appreciate any leads on affordable lodging in the area, preferably walking distance from the clinic or well-connected by public transport. Thanks in advance!
