Inexpensive Room Available Mid-Nov. Dogs OK! Close to St. Mary's!

My room in a 4 bedroom house will become available Nov. 15. looking for someone to take over my lease. Lease goes through May 31st, and can be extended at that time. Rent is $484/mo, and utilities usually run under $100. Cheap! For real - it's a nice house and well-worth the money saved on rent. The property management company is Black Swan, they will have to approve whoever moves in (FYI they do background checks.) Dogs are ok, $50/mo pet fee. The room is a basement room, carpeted, has a big closet and a shelving area, and that renter has their own bathroom downstairs (there is another upstairs bathroom shared by the three others upstairs.) Large kitchen, dining room, living room. There is a garage for storage. Fenced yard, nice deck, BBQ, fire pit, big driveway. Walking distance to St. Mary's (approx. 1 mile/15-20 min walk). Roommates are all women in their 20s, two are there part-time. Lawn care is our responsibility - shared among housemates. Washer and Dryer onsite. Please email for pictures, or more information!
