Passing this along for a good friend, Sally: ISO female roommate. Room is available now. 2 bedroom apartment with amenities like off street parking, in building laundry, outdoor pool, workout facility, and small balcony. Management is amazing and maintenance is really good about fixing things. Rent is $520 plus utilities. Utilities include electric and WiFi. Most of the furniture is mine (except for the futon)! I work at an elementary school as a special Ed para, which means I need a roommate so I can continue living in Rochester! 🙂 Looking for someone that is tidy and considerate.
